First up there is some good news for Staples Corner: Work to replace the expansion joints was completed last weekend, which means TfL will no longer need the planned closure for Sunday 17 September.
However, there are still two nights of resurfacing works required:
- From 22:00 Tuesday 19 to 05:00 Wednesday 20 September 2017, there will be an eastbound closure of the flyover
- From 22:00 Wednesday 20 to 05:00 Thursday 21 September 2017, there will be a westbound closure of the flyover
Work at Hanger Lane Gyratory will commence next Thursday (21st Sept) where there will be various overnight (22:00-05:00) directional closures until Wednesday 8 November. Temporary changes planned until the end of September:
- No access to Hanger Lane gyratory from the westbound A40 Western avenue (coming from central London) on the nights of Thursday 21 to Monday 25 September 2017
- No access to the southbound A406 Hanger Lane (towards Ealing) from the Hanger Lane gyratory on the nights of Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 September 2017
