The College
West London College is a large FE college providing education and skills training across five college sites in Ealing, Hammersmith, Southall and Park Royal. The College strives to be highly responsive to developing programs that respond to government priorities and employer needs, developing a pipeline of skills, training and career development, tailored to enable students to make a social and economic contribution.
The Board of Governors
The board of Governors plays an integral part in the development of the College’s strategic mission, vision and plan, and makes a significant contribution to the organisation’s future success. Working with the Chief Executive and Principal, members of the Board of Governors act as ambassadors for the College, using their networks, expertise and experience to enable the organisation to reach its full potential. The College is rated as Good by Ofsted and has recently been acknowledged as the No 1 top performing college in London for its student achievement rate. However, the College is facing a number of significant challenges, including financial pressures and an ambitious estates strategy.
