Clearview Homes start the Spring by breaking ground on their two latest development sites in London Borough of Hillingdon. The Tommy Flynn’s public house, Hillingdon, will become 26, One and Two Bedroom apartments whilst in the Heartland of Northwood, Middlesex, Nine 1 & 2 bedroom. Luxury apartments will start to take shape.
The developments will be the 16th & 17th developments by Clearview Homes that will feature construction with engineered, cellular clay block Thin Mortar Technology.
In the light of the Government’s Housing White Paper, which focussed on the need for speedier delivery of new homes, this method of construction enables SMEs to make an important contribution.
“There has been considerable pressure for speedier delivery of new homes with the emphasis on Off Site Construction,” stated Tony Laws, spokesman for Clearview Homes. “For most SMEs this is not possible, but over recent years we have adopted and adapted to TMT to the degree that we have become probably the UK’s leading exponents of this form of construction technology.” He went on to confirm, “In some cases not only have we cut our superstructure construction time by 50%. but also it has proved to be a highly sustainable and green technology.”
Northwood apartments will be launched into the market Autumn 2017 and Tommy Flynn’s, Spring 2018.
