The growing demand for healthy, high quality and environmentally friendly products is driving a lot of deal activity. Those that can articulate brand values that resonate with customers while continuing to focus on product innovation will be best placed to take advantage of the buoyant market conditions.

About the speakers:
Nigel White – With over 30 years’ experience in the food and drink industry, Nigel has held the position of Marketing Director at some of the UK’s most recognisable and fastest growing brands, including Quorn, Heck and Cow & Gate. Nigel will outline his brand building experience and provide insight on the trends that are driving change across the food and drink industry.

David Atkinson – A Senior Investment Manager at Glasgow based Panoramic Growth Equity. David will talk through his experience of managing investments within the food and drink industry, having led Panoramic’s investments into alcohol-free beer company Big Drop and healthy snacking company Freed Foods.
