Aviva Investors’ 125,000 sq ft (11,617 sq m) office redevelopment, Belmont has reached practical completion. This follows an 18 month, £30 million redevelopment schedule of works which saw the building stripped back to its frame and rebuilt to create a grade A office scheme in the heart of Uxbridge town centre, West London.
