‘Parcelly Pick’n’Pack’ gives insight in the carrier industry

Following both Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2018, a lot of retailers and logistic players alike are facing their busiest time of the year, with a large amount of customers returning their parcels this week. It has been estimated that this costs the industry £60 billion per year on average.

It is because of this that Parcelly, the UK’s first and most advanced network of carrier and retailer agnostic Pick-up and Drop-off locations, came up with their universal PUDO solution. This allows retailers and carrier partners to increase operational efficiency, customer convenience and instant visibility on stock levels, all through one in-house technology platform.

The company has now released their new video series named ‘Parcelly Pick’n’Pack’, which features short 3-minute episodes with company CEO Sebastian Steinhauser. These videos focus on industry innovation, technology and current logistics topics. The series kicked-off with an episode on Parcelly’s Hyper-local Warehousing innovation, and has since covered various topics such as ‘PUDO 2.0’, ‘ A Pledge to the High Street’, as well as their first ‘Pick’n’Pack’ special with their long term parent what3words. The latest video released by the company focuses on parcel returns.
