The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation’s (OPDC) revised draft (Regulation 19) was approved by the OPDC Board on the 22 June.
The first draft of the Local Plan, known as the Regulation 18, underwent public consultation in February – March 2016 and they received over 2,000 responses which were vital to creating this latest version of the Local Plan.
OPDC plans to start public consultation on the revised draft Local Plan and its associated supporting studies from Thursday 29 June to midnight Monday 11 September 2017. All the documents will then be published on OPDC’s website on 29 June and hard copies of the revised draft Local Plan and supporting studies will also be made available at the following locations:
- Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0AF
- City Hall, Queens Walk, London SE1 2AA
- Ealing Council Offices, Perceval House, 14/16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL
- Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street W6 9JU
- Harlesden Library NW10 8SE
- The CoClub, The Perfume Factory, 140 Wales Farm Road W3 6UG
OPDC will also post letters and leaflets to over 40,000 addresses within and around the OPDC area, informing people of the purpose of the consultation, details on consultation events and how to respond to the consultation. Public notices will be published in local newspapers.
