Several businesses have contacted us recently about the possibility of getting on the spot health checks in the Park Royal area, and one of our newest members Medipartner are here to help.
The principle Medipartner adopts is to try to always direct (scarce) resources at the greatest need and so as a default on our health checks they work as follows:
Stage one employees complete our clinically validated on line health risk assessment, this gives us a self-reported baseline, in simple terms this allows to asses who needs what, with the added benefit that the company gets a good (anonymous) overview of the aggregated employee health state. Medipartner have excellent reporting tools.
Depending on the outcome of the online HRA, Medipartner can then can offer to those who need it (as an example if BMI is high) a local IN PHARMACY health check consisting of a full lipid profile (bloods) for HDL & LDL, Glucose, height, weight, blood pressure. This is then followed by an online video or telephone consultation with one of the MediPartner nurses. And if businesses select the PeopleCare + option at £2.80 per employee per month then other inclusive services are offered should they be needed: Physiotherapy support, mental health support & consultations, unlimited video GP consultations.
The cost of the physical health checks are £79 per employee if they take the £1 per month PeopleCare option and £49 if they take PeopleCare + at £2.80p, the key is that unless the company wishes to offer this to all staff they are only spending budget where it is needed.
These physical health checks can take place at one of four Park Royal pharmacies.
