Hounslow’s Golden Opportunity at MIPIM

London Borough of Hounslow is committed to regenerating the borough by delivering high quality sustainable developments and pledges to secure 5,000 new affordable homes by 2022.

Hounslow has ambitious plans for developing the borough in the future, with a target of 21,820 new homes to be built in the next 10 years. The council is preparing our Great West Corridor Local Plan, which will transform the Opportunity Area into a leading business destination for the 21st century. The West of Borough Plan is also being prepared to deliver business growth and housing development for the Heathrow Opportunity Area. Together these plans will set out the Council’s vision and plan for sustainable growth over the next 15 years, and the potential for creating new workspace for 25,000 new jobs in the area.

Hounslow is open for business and we welcome you to find out how you can become a partner to deliver our vision. Come and visit the Hounslow stand on the London Pavilion.
