We’d just like to remind you about our SOS service. When you hit an unexpected snag and need unanticipated supplies or a client asks you to do another job you weren’t prepared for then our Speedy Onsite Service will bring what you need to you. Just call us on 020 7381 8661 and if we can fit what you need into our bike’s spacious box we’ll get your supplies to you usually within the hour. You get to keep on working whilst we deal with the traffic!
Training
We’re always looking for ways to serve you better so we constantly invest in staff training. Whether that’s ongoing ‘on the job’ knowledge and skills training or product specific training delivered by our suppliers. We encourage all our staff to see learning as a continuous process so that they can deal with your queries accurately and with confidence. Whilst we can’t all claim to know everything we do have product experts including our own in-house certified Lutron programmer for the Grafik Eye and Grafik Eye QS Systems. So if you need any help please ask.
Customer Training
Whilst we’re on the subject of training would you like some? Our previous sessions have proved popular (was it the training or the bacon rolls?) and we’d be happy to do more if there is a demand. Group B Entertains
We’re very sociable and love getting to know our loyal customers better. Every year we entertain a few of our valued clients and suppliers to some corporate hospitality.On July 1st we had a lovely day by the river at Henley Regatta. As this photo shows much fun was had by all thanks to some additional sponsorship from Schneider, Univolt and Osram. 
We’re just making plans for our spring event which will be Six Nations Rugby at Twickenham. We’re very excited to be going to the Calcutta Cup (England v Scotland) game on March 11th. Who will we invite to join us?

Meet…Dean Murphy
New Business Manager
Have you met our new New Business Manager, Dean Murphy yet? Dean has been with Group B for almost four years and has recently been promoted to a business development role. Dean likes nothing better than getting out and meeting people and gets a great deal of pleasure from helping people to solve their problems.Dean’s specialist knowledge is in lighting design so if you need some help with designing your indoor or outdoor lighting scheme Dean would be delighted to offer you a consultation. Take a look at one of Dean’s recent projects here. He’d love to do a design for a pool and the surrounding area so if you are working on that kind of a project do give him a call.Whilst Dean is an expert in lighting he’s no slouch when it comes to the rest of our range. Congratulations and Good Luck
Many congratulations to Lifestyle Projects and their site manager Sam Devlin who have just been awarded an NHBC Quality award for their Coombe Pines development in Kingston upon Thames. They now go on to compete for a Seal of Excellence and a Regional Award which will be announced at a special dinner in November.Group B are proud to be Lifestyle Projects’ main lighting and electrical supplier. Sam says that the company likes the personal touch that they get from Group B.
