Throughout January and March 2021 WLB-members BDO are hosting a series of free webinars that cover a wide range of speakers from the cycling industry, including world record holders and pro-cyclists.
The first is on Wednesday 27 January, where participants will get insight on the how the bike industry reacted to the global pandemic. You don’t need to be a cycling fanatic to join. You will hear from a range of speakers who will share their knowledge, passions and how they overcome tough physical and mental challenges. There will also be opportunities to pose questions prior to the event, as well as on the day.

| An evening with world record holders Cat and Raz | Wednesday 10 February

BDO are delighted to welcome world record holders Catherine Dixon (Cat) and Rachael Marsden (Raz) – known as “TandemWOW”, to share stories of their world record cycling trip around the globe.
Their aim was to raise £1 a mile as they cycled around the world on a tandem bicycle. In March 2020, after 263 days, they arrived back in the UK, just before lockdown, having cycled 18,000 miles and raising a massive £37,000 for charity. They also set a new world record, beating the previous men’s record by more than 17 days. |
