With the campaign intensifying, Kingston Smith are really looking forward to their very own EU debate on whether we should remain or leave. They have had a fantastic response and are fully booked. However, they wouldn’t want you to miss out, so they will be streaming the event live on their website.
To view the debate online please follow this link and bookmark it in your favourites: www.kingstonsmith.co.uk/eu-debate. The debate starts at 6.00pm and it will stream from appx 5.45pm on Wednesday 15 June.
The debate will be chaired by Sir Michael Snyder who, apart from being a partner at Kingston Smith for 42 years and leading the firm for 37 years – first as Managing Partner and from 1990 as Senior Partner – also served the City of London where he was the Chairman of Policy and Resources, effectively the leader, for over five years.
Kingston Smith also have four speakers, who aren’t short of opinion: Lord Flight, Mark Boleat and, to provide perspectives from the continent, Jean-Pierre Larroze and Christian Clingen.
Lord Howard Flight is a Conservative politician and a member of the House of Lords. As well as this he holds various Director and Chairman positions in commercial organisations.
Mark Boleat is Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee at the City of London Corporation, leading on policy issues affecting London as a key international financial centre.
Jean-Pierre Larroze is the Managing Partner of French accountancy firm Aplitec and was instrumental in founding an international association of accountancy firms.
Christian Clingen is a Partner at German accountancy firm WTG.
There’s also still an opportunity, if you haven’t done so already, to take their online poll.
