Ealing, Hammersmith and West London’s College announce ‘Evolve Learning Group’

Ealing, Hammersmith and West London’s College is launching a new employer engagement service ‘Evolve Learning Group’ which will help businesses recruit for and secure successful apprenticeships, training and consultancy across London and the South East.
Evolve Learning Group will bridge the gap between education and employment and will provide employers with the opportunity to shape a generation of well-prepared, work-ready young people. Evolve are starting a learning revolution and want you to join!
Ealing, Hammersmith and West London’s College currently works with hundreds of employers and Evolve Learning Group will further enhance these relationships through a reliable and outstanding delivery service. These will form strong partnerships and allow a flexible approach to the evolution of you and your employee’s development. Evolve will work as an Employer Facing Hub with a real connection with businesses
Through close cooperation, consultation and collaboration, employers will be able to influence the skills agenda, ensuring that work readiness and employability skills are given equal standing with traditional qualifications.
Garry Phillips, Chief Executive of Ealing, Hammersmith and West London’s College, said: “We have spent a long time building the foundations for Evolve, so that it makes a real difference and creates opportunities that might otherwise not have been available. We want to reach out to more businesses – by supporting and enhancing their staff, we encourage them to get involved, share their expertise and knowledge to show a true learning evolution.”
Evolve will be supporting businesses affected by the Apprenticeship Levy so they can understand what it will mean for them, and how to use it to their advantage –Your Choices, Our Support.
The launch breakfast will be held on 1 November starting at 8.00am until 10.00am, and will be held in The Taste Restaurant at Ealing, Hammersmith and West London’s College. The launch is open to all businesses and breakfast and refreshments will be served.
