
London Business Hub has selected WLB to once again deliver the national Peer Networks programme for SMEs locally. Phase two of the programme will run from September ’21 to February ’22. The programme establishes diverse groups of business leaders from across West London to work collaboratively through business issues and widen professional networks. Each network will use interactive action learning to enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback from your peers, and implement practical solutions to overcome problems and challenges.
From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, expert facilitators will work with you to give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network. helping you to build and strengthen your business and improve its overall performance.
Peer Networks is a free programme delivered through a series of high-impact group sessions, with each cohort led by a trained facilitator.

Chris Paterson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and an Accredited Executive Coach. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Chris spent 17 years working at GSK, in a number of roles in Finance and sales and marketing of increasing seniority. He has been a Finance Director in Czech Republic and Romania and a Business Unit Head in Romania and the UK, leading teams of 50 people and intimately understands how business works and how to get the best out of others. He has also worked with smaller organisations as an auditor, as a coach and as a trustee of 2 charities. He is the founder of a charity and has set up his own micro business giving him an insight into the challenges of entrepreneurship. As a coach and facilitator, Chris has worked with a number of SME clients to grow their businesses. Chris is an experienced coach with over 900 hours of delivery of coaching delivered 1:1, with teams and groups. Chris delivers Leadership and Resilience training for GSK and over 10 different business and leadership courses for the ICAEW. He has facilitated over 100 sessions for groups.
