Bright Grahame Murray merges with Helmores UK LLP
Bright Grahame Murray is delighted to announce its merger with one of London’s oldest firms of Chartered Accountants, Helmores UK LLP, and the formation of BGM Helmores Limited.
BGM Helmores brings together two of the capital’s most established firms of Chartered Accountants and will operate as an autonomous firm. Founded in 1906, Westminster-based Helmores acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from private individuals and families to large private companies, professional partnerships, trusts, charities and other not-for-profit organisations throughout the UK.
The combined practice will initially be based in offices in Westminster and Kensington and will continue both firms’ commitment to providing personal, cost effective and partner led services. Services will include audit and accountancy, corporate and personal taxation, company secretarial and other management support services, together with access to a range of specialist services provided by Bright Grahame Murray, such as corporate finance and forensic services.

Mark Cole will be joined on the Board of BGM Helmores by existing Bright Grahame Murray Partners, Robert Moore, David Wakefield, Alan Rotman and Ahsan Miraj. They will be accompanied by Helmores principal, Hardeep Virdee, who has also been appointed Director, as well as a Partner in Bright Grahame Murray.
Other current Helmores principals and consultants, Michael Guillem, Nigel Hough, James McGinley, Warren Hertzberg and Derek Howorth will become Consultants to the new company. With decades of professional experience and specialist sector knowledge, these appointments ensure that BGM Helmores can deliver all the expertise their clients need.
