INVITATION TO EXHIBITORS
We are delighted to invite you to participate in the Brunel Robotics & AI Expo (BREx) on 12
March 2020 at Brunel University London conference centre. BREx will be opened by Brunel
University Vice-Chancellor, Professor Julia Buckingham and is hosted by the Brunel
Robotics Engineering Society (BRES) in partnership with the Brunel Digital Hub.
This inaugural event brings together technology companies, university students,
researchers and engineering industry professionals from all over the UK. Being an exhibitor
is an exciting way for you or your organisation to have a visible presence at this Expo with
exposure to an estimated 600 attendees.
Why exhibit at BREx?

- Live Demo Space – Performance area for optional demonstration of projects (3m*3.5m).
And all of this is FREE to both exhibitors and visitors! Exhibit space registration is open
until the 1st of March and includes:
- Three luncheon tickets.
- Free refreshments – tea and coffee
- One exhibition booth with table and poster-board: Standard – 1.7m*2m (W*L) or Large –
2.5m*2.5m (W*L). Large option available upon request and reserved to those bringing
equipment.
