Brent’s vibrant business community will receive a major boost in 2020 with the launch of three new events, including a prestigious awards programme.
Brent for Business – a Brent Council initiative – is staging the events to showcase the opportunities for business growth in the London borough – currently undergoing a multi-billion pound programme of regeneration.
The first, Meet the Buyer, positions small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at the heart of the regeneration. The one-day event will be held at The Drum, in Wembley on Wednesday, 18 March 2020. Focusing on the construction sector it will bring together developers and construction sector suppliers to network and negotiate new deals.
The second new event is the Brent Business Expo on Wednesday, 22 April – an important, large scale business to business market, featuring a top-class range of exhibiting companies, topical seminars and prime networking opportunities.
The Expo will also host the launch of the third event of the programme, the prestigious new Brent Business Excellence Awards – an ambitious programme to recognise and celebrate the business community’s successes and achievements.
