in the centre of Hounslow, designed to spark regeneration of the surrounding area. Set around a new public square and located in the heart of
Hounslow’s Town Centre, the development will benefit from excellent public transport links into central London and to Heathrow Airport.
The plan is to deliver:
• 527 high-quality homes
• 41% affordable housing, in line with the Council’s requirements
• A new multiplex cinema
• Cafes and restaurants
• New retail offerings
• A new town square, which will act as a focal point for the community
• A secure, underground car park extending across the site, with 250 commercial spaces and 160 residential spaces
Key dates
• The first new homes (including affordable) to be completed in 2019
• A new cinema and commercial premises to open in early 2020
• Overall project due to be completed in 2021
