Staff from Berry Recruitment Group’s (BRG) new brand Wild Berry Associates scooped four major awards at a prestigious event.
The agency was recently launched in London’s West End and Gosia Mickiewicz won the ‘Permanent Consultant of the Year’ award across the whole group.
With more than 30 branches and 200 staff this was quite an achievement and Gosia was congratulated by chairman Tony Berry who presented the awards.
The glittering event was held at the Bond in Motion exhibition at the London Film Museum in Covent Garden.
Alongside Gosia, Wild Berry staff Lisa Wardle and Olivia McWilliams picked up ‘Board Recognition’ awards. And Daniel White won an Outstanding Business Support award.
Chris Chown, BRG managing director, said: “The new Wild Berry Associates business has got off to a rapid start.
“We brought three London agencies together into one hub and it is already bringing dividends.
“The staff are all experienced and are taking advantage of the burgeoning commercial sector. Gosia, Lisa, Olivia and Daniel are all highly valued and very deserving of their awards.
“As a group BRG has seen a fantastic start to 2017 with a 41 per cent increase in gross profit in January compared with the same month last year. And the February and March figures have followed that trend.
“There remains an extremely positive outlook and I sense confidence is growing.”
BRG is on track to record a turnover well in excess of £60m for last year. It has several brands including Berry Recruitment, Wild Recruitment, Wild Berry Associates, and Express Rail Services.
